They are protected around the world under U.S. and international trademark law. \n\nIt has recently come to our attention that you are offering a download of an unauthorized Commander Keen game using assets owned and controlled by ZeniMax. This unauthorized use of ZeniMax\u2019s intellectual property falsely suggests ZeniMax\u2019s sponsorship or endorsement of your game. This practice infringes on ZeniMax\u2019s exclusive intellectual property rights.
